Grow, Change but don't forget

Today I feel blessed. I had forgotten, as busy as I have been with my book project, how much I enjoy helping/teaching the agents that work with us. More importantly that the amount of time, knowledge and encouragement I give to them is so important to their growth and goals. I am grateful they put their trust and loyalty in me and my company. It is an honor.
